Dormant Bay Area Investor

Hello Bigger Pockets community!

I have been an investor in the Bay Area since 1999, but have been dormant in growing my portfolio outside of 3 properties I retained years ago prior to the Great Recession. I am looking to purchase multiple properties within the next year in Alameda, Contra Costa and/or Solano counties.

I'm a licensed real estate agent and full-time private mortgage insurance account manager, with over 16 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry. I  am trying to get back in the swing of things and looking forward to exchanging  experiences and expertise while connecting with other investors and wholesalers in this amazing community!
