New Colorado Based Member - Greetings!
Hello all! I've already spent hours conversing here on BP and haven't even introduced myself -
I'm working in a rather unusual capacity within the real estate industry where my focus is primarily on asset-backed judgments where real estate is involved. Currently, I work with two teams:
1. Legal judgment team made up of attorneys, P.I.'s, judgment enforcers
2. Real estate team - agents, investor pool, private buyers, gc's, lender, and marketing
My purpose in joining the site is to learn more everyday, facilitate new connections, and provide help to others!
