Hi, I'm Terry.  I live and work in the greater Birmingham, Al. area.   My team flips close to a house a week for local investment groups.  I'm looking for opportunities to expand my business as well as purchase properties to flip or hold.  Also I have several rented properties that I would be interested in selling.
