Hello Everyone,
My name is Tyler Kessler. I have been on this site for awhile now and have found a lot of useful information. I have closed three buy and hold deals and am currently working on the fourth. I am from rural south central Illinois. I currently manage my own property as well as a small, but growing construction business. My goals is to buy and hold 10 units in the next few years. I first discovered BiggerPockets through their amazingly entertaining and insightful podcast.
