Hello! Newbie from Las Vegas
Hello eveyone, I'm Nikki. I live in Las Vegas, NV. More specifically North Las Vegas. New member to Bigger Pockets. Also a newbie to real estate investing. It has always been an interest of mine, starting with a note brokering course I took way back when. I am a formerly licensed real estate agent here in Nevada. The financial obligation became too much so I had to let that go. I have since started an e-commerce business, however it is not my most favorite thing to do on a daily basis. I would much rather be looking at or talking about properties :) But I am not discouraged. I am determined to learn as much as I can and I will make real estate investing a way of life!
Finding a mentor in my area and finding out what really are some of the best ways to get started are items at the top of my list of things to do. I will be taking the next few days to get familiar with the platform here and completing profile information. I look forward to learning and getting to know you all.
