New Member from the quad cities

I am so excited to be a part of this community. It is very valuable because I know I will get to meet phenomenal people that can guide me, as I learn to walk the walk and guide others as well. My mindset and approach to life is to build multiple sets of passive income that provides value to others. Real estate is my first venture to do just that, and I am very new to real estate. Currently I am looking for Real Estate investors in the quad cities area, which is in Iowa. These places include Bettendorf, Moline, Rock Island, and Davenport. But I am not shy of my neighbor LeClaire. I would love to meet you expert investors, and discuss how we can mutually benefit each other.
