Hello to the entire community of BIggerPockets. Im Leonard Mermea, currently I am finishing up my real estate license for the state of the Louisiana. I am doing this in order to have some slight knowledge while trying to succeed in the real estate business. Currently, I do have a full time job and plan on continuing working until I can fully rely on my capabilities to support my financial independence.
