I have been involved with real estate in the Lexington area since 2013. Left my corporate job to pursue my own real estate investment Business. I wanted to move from the 'E' quadrant to the 'I' quadrant of Robert Kiyosaki's cash flow quadrants. I have 11 rental properties, and have done about dozen flips/wholesales. As my real estate investment business matures, I am now moving into residential note buying/selling, including JV partnership to accomplish same.
