My name is Tim and I am a new investor in the NE Tennessee area. My team will be purchasing properties for below market value, renovating them, and reselling them for a profit. I am a former Realtor and small business owner that sees a tremendous opportunity in my largely untapped smaller market.

My company and team are both set and ready to begin the process with our first property as soon as we find it. I am currently looking for additional investors that see the vision of where RTI will go over the next few years and that want to profit with us.
