Newbie from St. Petersburg, FL
Hi my name is Brandy. Recently discovered BP and have been silently lurking on the forums over the past few weeks trying to gain as much knowledge as possible. My goal is to pick up my first property in early 2017. I am in St. Petersburg, FL and plan to invest locally. I would like to start building a portfolio of buy and holds, but am also interested in the occasional flip. Would love to get to know some locals as well as others across the country. Could use any advice you have for getting started. Thanks!
