Hey all, 

I was recommended to BiggerPockets.com by a friend, who frequents the site.

Currently I am stashing away cash, to hopefully put down a down payment on a piece of property by the end of this year. Ideally, I am looking to purchase property to rent it out, to help bring in some passive income. Using the cash flow from this first rental property, I would like to purchase more properties over the coming years. I know there is a lot more to it, but that's my very broad plan. 

I thought this was a good place to start. Ill have fun looking around and figuring this site out. I am really interested to see what the BiggerPockets community holds.
