So, I'm not new to biggerpockets. I was a member awhile back. I own a SFH and a triplex. I've continued to read and listen to podcasts. I have taken a backseat in the investing to pay bills and get things straight. I have recently decided to get back into it. I still own my properties, and I'm ready for more. As stated in my subject. I'm currently living in Fayetteville, NC. I'm mostly concentrating my efforts in Columbus, GA; Savannah, GA and Fayetteville, NC.

At this point, I'd really like to get a hold of an 8+ apartment complex and move more into commercial multifamily. I'm trying to learn more about structuring offers for these magical "no money down" deals that don't exist, but are everywhere.

Can't wait to get more involved and hear about your advice and deals.
