I just turned 21 and I am looking to start my journey in real estate investing early. I currently work as a property manager and live at home as I go through school, I have a strong income for my age ( I make about $2400 every month and monthly bills are only around 400 dollars so I have an excess of income to spend and I'm really interested in putting it to good use. Any advice on getting started?

Welcome Scott, Im new here myself :) I think its great that you are so focused at such a young age. I wish I had been that way at 21. The one piece of advice I can offer which I wish I had done is to stay living at home(living with your parents I assume) as long as you can manage while saving money. I was also making great money when I was your age but I immediately wanted to move out and have fancy stuff and was not wise with my finances. So money started leaving as quickly as it came in. Stay focused and best of luck on your journey through real estate investing.
