Florida Firefighter and Flipper(wannabe)
I am from Stuart Florida, I'm 25 years old, I am about to get married and I'm looking to buy my first home. I have the intentions to move every two years I'm trying to learn the inns and outs of real estate. I have experience in construction and have a bunch of contractor/real estate friends/family so flipping seems pretty obvious but I am not opposed to duplexes for rental income either. Looking forward to soaking up all the info, thanks!
