I am a long term novice.  I have owned a single rental property for a little over decade and I would like to expand my holdings.   I learned a lot during the economic downturn, however I wasn't able to take advantage of the deals that proceeded it.  I want to use what I've learn to build a portfolio that will carry me into retirement and further.
