New to the business
My name is James and I am new to the business of being a landlord. I live in North Carolina and I inherited the family business and getting a crash course of everything involved. I would like to get my real estate license and become a real estate investor and began flipping houses as well. Any advice would helpful and if you have any questions for me feel free to ask.
