My name is Amanda and I don't have much of a background in Real Estate other than I look at the market often and have purchased two homes.  We kept our starter home and it is now a rental.  The home we are in now we flipped before we moved in.  Now I've got my taste of flipping and the equity that can be built, I want to do it again!

I've found a property that is being sold as 4 lots together and have thought about putting some trailer houses on it to rent.  It's in a small town with no zoning so I don't think there will be an issue with the use.  I just don't know where to start my research with the County with regards to other restrictions on the site and how to get utility taps.
