Hello everyone,
I'm Mike Meyer, I am currently in the military and stationed at Ft Eustis, VA. Basically it's near Williamsburg and Virginia Beach. I am looking to retire in the next 5 or 6 years and interested in the buy and hold aspect of real estate for now. My goal is to purchase enough properties (5-6 from my analysis) and pay them off. so when I retire the income from my rentals along with my military pension will allow me to continue with my current standard of living. Then once I am retired I would love to move onto flipping. I have been I touch with a few realtors and property managers and currently moving forward on my first deal looking forward to leaning this new and exciting world.
