I've been a full-time investor / landlord since 1998. I have until now wanted to buy houses rehab them and hold them as rental properties. My goals now are to buy a house to flip. Probably at a rate of 1 per year. I love what I have seen on this site so far. I'm looking forward to learning new and better investment opportunities and techniques.
