New Investor Tips
Hello! My name is Randy and I'm a local investor here in Southern California looking to find properties to rehab. Though I am familiar with my market I am having trouble finding properties and making offers on a daily basis. I'm in need of a system but need advice on how to put together a system that makes sense and produces results. Can anyone help me with this need.
