Hi All,

I have been interested in creating passive income from RE for about 15 years now. I am 32 and have a 3 family in Dorchester. I am looking to purchase a second buy and hold investment.

Hi Adam,

Welcome to BP. I am new here as well. If you have any interest in the Quincy market please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I currently have three multi family properties in various parts of Quincy. I have found it easy to find long term renters here. The rents have increased substantially since I first started investing, and they are still increasing. I would be happy to offer advice and answer any of your questions.
