Good afternoon!
Brand new to real estate investing (my partner has rehab experience) and looking to connect with others in the area. We have just gone into contract on our first deal on a rehab in Delaware -- so exciting!
We will be looking for resources - general contractors, private money lenders, realtors wanting to work with investors, connections with probate / estate deals. . .and meeting other local real estate investors.
