Hi fellow BP'ers,
My name is Jeremy Schwegmann, a long time real estate investing tire kicker, but recently have decided to jump off the fence and jump in.
Digital marketer by day for a large company, also have a few web design clients. Would love to replace both with a cash flowing, financial freedom providing real estate portfolio - and sooner than later. :)
Have also begun taking courses for acquiring real estate license.
Short term goal is to wholesale a few deals to 1) Pamper overworked wife and treat kids with something fun 2) Grow available working capital for marketing and future buy and hold properties.
Long term goal, without question, is passive investing in large multi-family.
