Newbie in Maine
I have been involved with the real estate industry in one way or another for over 20 years. I have acted in the capacities of a realtor, mortgage broker and did a stint on the title side. I'm not sure how to get things going on the investor side and have been spending much time reading the various ins and outs of this facet. My interest and passion lies in placing properties back into the community and providing additional inventory where there once sat abandoned eyesores. My goal is to provide a portion of the profits from these rehab/flips to establish fund for local community needs or improvements, etc.
