Hi everyone, I'm happy to be here. I'm new to this forum, and new to real estate investing, I just found this forum and I'm trying to learn as much as I can. Hoping I can make my first investment deal with in the next couple a months or so. I'm interested in owning rental properties, commercial or even being a part of a team.
