Hello everyone! My name is Janeicia Neely I'm a new wholesaler in the Greater New Orleans area looking for a mentor and for my first deal. I initially found the BiggerPockets Podcast, started listening to that and took heed to their advice to join the community. I'm looking to learn as much as possible so reading through forum posts and questions have been super helpful to me.
