Hey Everyone, I want to introduce myself again. My name is Jared Smith. I'm a new 22 year old investor learning as fast as information can be provided. My goal in real estate is to own 100 units by the time I'm 28. My target is multi family homes in the North Jersey area or anything that is within a one hour radius from Boston.
