New member introduction from Canton, Ohio
Hello BP community! I have been following BP for over a year, listened to all the podcasts and have found a great deal of information in the forums. It is now time for me to become an 'active' member. I am a buy and hold investor in NE Ohio concentrating in Stark county. I have been an investor since 2007...which was not the best time to start real estate investing...lol. I am now concentrating on my direct mail campaign in targeting SFR for buy and hold, fix and flip or may be able to assign some deals based on the leads that are generated.
