New investor couple from Kennesaw,GA
Hello BP. My wife and I are currently buy and hold investors that are eager to expand by learning and leveraging the gambit of available REI strategies. Our current portfolio consists of around 7 SFR and 1 MFR in the Montgomery, AL area. My wife has a sales license and is currently pursuing her brokers license in GA. I am pursuing my sales license in AL. We are seeking help from anyone to mitigate the risk associated with our lack of experience with rehabs and wholesaling. Moreover, we look to begin building teams in Atlanta metro and Montgomery, AL which would include contractors, lenders, other investors, etc. This is a very exciting time in our life and we look forward to meeting like minded professionals and investors as well.

@Clarence Everage Welcome the site! I recently moved to the Kennesaw area to expand our successful investment company down from Ohio.
