Howdy Y'all! My name is James. I am a leasing agent for a 725 bed student housing property in Texas. Working as a leasing agent I have learned how to keep the beds of a property filled and manage the day to day operations of it. Now, I am eager to learn the in's and out's of owning and investing in property.
