Hi, my name is Eric Pierce I just finished a three day real estate course this past weekend. I'm excited about real estate and want to learn more. I'm interested in wholesaling, I'm wanting to get a few deal under belt and then get into fix and flip deals. I'm opened to any advice and help from other investors.
