New investor in Atlanta, GA
Hi all,
I just wanted to introduce myself to hopefully network with some of you knowledgeable folks to gain some professional connections. I am 25-years-old and a recently licensed salesperson operating out of Gainesville, GA. My short-term goals are to fix and flip a property (hopefully one before the end of the year!), and learn as much as I can about the intricacies (legal and tax implications, for example) of the industry.
