New from Grand Rapids Michigan
Hello all
My name is Arthur and I joined this site because I've been researching real estate investing for a while. I just moved to Grand Rapids Mi from Washington where I lived for a year. Before that I lived in Portland, but I grew up in Grants Pass Oregon.
I joined this site for education. Right now I'm trying to pay off previous debts from when I was stupid. Credit cards mostly. I would like to get a crash course in real estate. I work full time making decent money, but I don't want to work until I'm 70 just to get buy. That's what draws me to real estate, the long term wealth building part.
I've been lurking on bigger pockets for about a year now, and figured it was time to join. I hope I get to know a few of you!
