Hi, i'm new here and think this is the best place to connect with New and Veterans in the Real Estate Business. So I can obtain more information and try to build a team for Financial Growth in this Business. If you have read my profile I use to Invest and Rehabbed Properties by myself in other states, which is very hard to do on your own, (time consuming) but simple if you have the Passion and mindset for it. I am now interested in Wholesaling Deals in this state, is it still feasable to do? Or should I stick to what i know in rehabbing for this state? Please advise any information would be appreciated, Thank You.
