Hello all, My name is Dan and my wife Amy are brand new to real estate investing. We would love any advice to help get stared. I've been reading up and getting base ideas to start a business. We need this to work for us, we have had setback after setback and I am tired of it. I can't let my family live like we are anymore.. Thank you all in advance and will be glad to work with everyone.
