New Member in North Texas
New member here in North Texas. My brother-in-law and I are starting a real estate investing business, focusing first on flipping local properties and eventually adding rentals, as well. Looking forward to any and all advice we can get from the BP community. Right now, we're exploring our options with private investors, as that seems like the best method for financing our properties. Comments, thoughts, advice and criticism appreciated!
