Good Morning Bigger Pocket Family

My name is Will and I live in Southfield, MI. I have graphic design business that takes care of the creative side of my brain, and I'm here to get into REI to take care of the analytical side. LOL

I'm totally new at this...well some what new, a few years ago my wife and I bought a couple of parcels of vacant land for $150 and sold it a month or two later for $500. That's my experience of REI.

So I'm here to learn as much as I can, and plan to purchase my first property by the end of the year.
