Hello all, my name is Michael Williams, I am currently a Realtor working in the OC. I wanted to try this site to make some new friends and of course learn something too. I am most interested in selling Reo's and working with first time home buyers. Mostly I work in the higher end beach communities, but nothing is really moving, so I thought I would try the sub $400k market where the homes are actually selling. Any help would be appreciated and if someone would like to take me under their wing, and have me do some of their grunt work I would be open to that :D
