Hello everyone, My name is Gustavo and I am 29 years old. Wanna learn a bit more about real estate investing before putting money into it. I live in the Miami, FL and been working as a Engineer for a large contractor specialized in heavy civil construction. As far as my goals for this would be to gain as much income from this as possible whether it is a $100k home to buy, rent and get passive income or whether it is to flip and/or get a realtor license and have this gig on the side. The only problem is that im under a h1b visa which technically limits me to only work for my employer so there might be a grey area to work as realtor. Any thoughts or suggestions on how to get started?
