Hello All,

I am looking into getting into some buy & hold real estate investing in Lincoln NE. I have been listening to the podcast non-stop and reading everything I can get my hands on. I have zero experience in real estate, but I can honestly say nothing has gotten and held my attention more than this subject.

I am a management & program analyst with the federal government right now. I am also retired from the army and looking to put my duel incomes to work for me. Once I find the right deal I plan on doing it the old fashioned way; putting down 20% and getting a mortgage.

I know that this community can offer a lot of support and wisdom when it comes to what I would like to do. So I am all ears when it comes to how to navigate the word of real estate.

Thanks!
