I have recently moved to Sacramento from the bay area. Have experience in property management and fixing & fixing SFD and duplexes. Also have CA RE license, though, not affiliated with any broker yet. Want to get back into buying, flipping or holding small, 1 to 4 unit, investment properties. The SF penisula has become too expensive to start over, so moved to Sacramento where values are more reasonable and growth is healthy...simply put, I'm looking for opportunities to invest in

@Anthony Dlugosz Myself and a partner are interested in Sacramento in the same capacity that you are. We live in the Bay Area and have yet to overcome the inertia of finding the right deal in Sac. As you can see quite a few bay area residents are moving east to the Sacramento market in hopes of finding a great deal. The market is pretty saturated for anything that's on the mls. Your best bet is to connect with local wholesaler's or connect with sellers directly to get the best deals. Good luck in your endeavors.
