Newbie from Ohio
I am just getting started in the market and am also new to this site. I am going into business with my brother who spent years as an appraiser. My mother in law is a real estate agent with 30 years experience and I have a friend who is a MTG broker. I feel I have the trusted support team I need to make decisions. I have a successful business resume but also understand that doesn't necessarily translate into immediate success in new ventures. I heard that it takes a few mistakes in this business before you finally get it right. If anyone has any advice for this newbie, please provide! Thanks and looking forward to utilizing this site!
