Milwaukee Newbie
Hello Everyone,
My name is Jeremy! I graduated in December with my bachelors in Finance from UW- Oshkosh. I currently work as a licensed Commodity Broker in the Milwaukee Area, however the passion for real estate and financial freedom has yet to escape me. I love my job, but I love the thought of being my own boss, more.
I am currently in the process of closing my first duplex this month, and plan to house hack. It scares the you know what out of me, but as many of you say, fail forward and use any experience as a tool to do better next time.
There are many faucets to the game that I would like to expand to and learn more about, such as: flips, different financing techniques, building a business, etc.. As I learn how to do this whole "adult-ing" thing, I appreciate any tips or comments in order to help out during the process.
