Hello! I'm a new real estate investor from Sacramento, CA. I work as a construction administrator and I am learning as much as I can about real estate investing.
Most of my experience is in home improvement projects, and building commercial housing developments, but I want to grow my knowledge in the long term investment market and start to build a portfolio of rental properties. I am also interested in house flipping.
