Hi! I'm Andre, 19 years old, and I'm scoping out the real state market, and trying to see which of its many areas would fit me as a job. My idea is to start this early, while I still have a lot of free time, limited expenses, no wife, and no children to worry about. Along with this, I work a part time delivery job that works pretty well for me, and its flexibility means I can put in whatever hours I need to my new project without going broke. If anyone has any tips for me, specially about starting young, and how to deal with people that associate youth with inexperience or ignorance, that'd be great!
