Hello my name is Jason Tuia and I am a retired Air Force veteran having served as an administrative manager for 20+ years.  I am completing my grad degree from Webster University end of this year in Management and Leadership.  I am currently seeking employment in the financial industry until I am able to build my business.  I have been interested in real estate investing for six months now and have zero experience or background knowledge in the field.  I have attended two free RE workshops and attended a 3-day training workshop with Rich Dad, Poor Dad.  I will be attending another with Than Merrill first weekend in September.  More financial freedom education is good!  I am excited to be a member of this social media forum and looking forward to connecting with other members.  I hope to gain knowledge and insight on the real estate industry/business.  I want to take care of my wife in a way that she does not have to worry about our financial future or if we are even going to have a retirement when we reach our 60s (both wife and I are turning 42 this year).  I don't want to work for anyone anymore (especially the government) and would like to have the financial freedom and security creating cashflow/passive income.  I believe real estate provides a great opportunity for that venture.  I'm looking forward to learning from everyone and making connections and forging relationships.
