Hi
I'm fairly new to the game but have a few deals under my belt. Although I just signed up with BP I have been a regular here for over a year. I signed up because I feel that I should give back to the community that I have learned so much from.

I purchased my first rental about a month before I was laid off from a large construction company. I have sense done a few wholesale deals and purchased one more rental.

My plan is to use wholesaling to purchase 6-8 rentals a year. Im currently looking for bird dogs and fix and flip guys.

Justin,
Here is another idea. Why won't you and your buddies (Who like their paycheck and I don't blame them) get a cheap house together and work on it on the weekends. It's away to start.
As of me, I work in Hollywood, CA in the entertainment business and use part of my income to buy cheap houses, rehab and rent them out as a retirement plan.
