buying 1st rental

Hello,

I wanted to introduce myself to the BP community. I have learned so much already in the short time I've been a member. I'm buying my first rental house in Bourbonnais, Illinois. I should be closing at the end of this month. I did a flip in 2015 but I'm wanting to invest in buy and hold "BRRR" properties.
