Hello All,

I'm a new member from Columbia, SC.  I worked as a sub-prime mortgage broker from 2001-2009 and like many, exited the industry with the "great collapse".  I've been in various sectors of the insurance industry ever since.

I was very close to flipping my first house in back in 2007 when I was able to procure sub-prime funds but for various reasons passed it on to another investor.

Having been out of the loop for so long, I want to start immersing myself in the wholesaling side of the business and go from there.

I think my biggest question right now is how to start lining up investors to flip the contracts too?  I'm sure there are numerous threads on here but I literally just came across this site on my first google search and signed up.

Anybody in the Columbia, SC market reach out to me if would like...

-Regards,

-Bradley

Hi @Bradley Bladon

Welcome to the BP community! Sorry to hear that you got hit, but glad that you're back at it now. I'd recommend starting with BPs free The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Wholesaling as it has a lot of good info in it. Not sure if you used to be involved in the REIAs in your area, but you can find them on meetup.com and BP member meetups here
