I am a new member from California looking to get into real estate investing. I spent some time in the U.S. Army and working on getting to my dream job; ideally I'd like to work because I like my job and not because I have to. I plan on getting a real estate license to learn the basics and the very least save myself commisions. Im 25 now, pinching pennies and paying off debt to reduce my DTI ratio and increase my credit score. I look forward to absorbing all the information you guys and gals have to offer.
